Michael L. Thompson
Mike Thompson is president and CEO of Fair Oaks Farm LLC a supplier of quality custom meat proteins for some of the world’s best-known restaurant brands and food companies. Since Mike took ownership in 2003, revenues have increased over 300 percent and staffing has increased threefold.
In 2010, he was selected as one of the country’s top 50 private sector leaders to participate in President Obama’s White House Forum on Modernizing Government. Fair Oak Farms is consistently ranked as a top minority business and Mike was honored to be the keynote speaker for the Wisconsin Department of Commerce – Governor’s Conference on Minority Business Development.
